Super helpful customer support

I am a total newbie with wordpress and plugins and Ani was so patient and helpful in explaining how I needed to upload a zip file for a Mailchimp extension I purchased. Ani also gave me the step-by-step instructions on how to get my pop-up to actually appear on my site (I had no idea there was an “insert pop-up” button on my pages… like I said, total newb).
