• I purchased their paid version, and the theme prompts that it is an unsafe plugin. I contacted the website customer service, but they never dealt with it! Not recommended

    Hi missonemi,

I’m truly sorry for the delay getting back to you. I know how stressful an “unsafe plugin” alert can feel, and you deserved a faster response.

I’ve reviewed our recent tickets and update logs, and we haven’t seen other users report this same warning. That usually points to an environment-specific issue or a false positive from a theme/security scanner. Still, I don’t want to assume—your case matters, and I’ll check it carefully.

Also, just to be clear about our values: when any user faces a problem, we respond and we make it right—every time. If a product isn’t a fit after we investigate, we honor a refund. Your experience should never be the opposite of that, and I’m sorry it felt that way.

    Could you share:

The exact warning text (or a screenshot)

Your theme name & version and which tool flagged it

    Your WordPress & PHP versions

    Purchase email/ID

Please also update WP Mobile Bottom Menu to the latest version and let me know if the alert persists. I’ll personally follow through until you’re satisfied.

Thanks for raising this—I appreciate the chance to fix it and earn back your trust.

    Warm regards,
Shamiul Bishal, Product Manager & SEO Analyst,
