 * I am using wp 3.0 and using super cache plugin, i have added an RSS feed from
   one of my blogs. The RSS Feed does not update due to Super Cache Plugin .
 * Is there any possibility in Super Cache Plugin so that all cache files are deleted
   every 5 mins so that user can view new and update pages ?
