Super Cache Not Working?

I’m working with an inherited site, and I’ve been updating a shopping cart which is using the Shoppe plugin. The client wanted to use Super Cache so the images on the home page would load quicker, but (I believe) it’s causing the Shoppe plugin to not update. It updates with new categories I’ve placed on the site when I’m logged in, but if I try it on another device it doesn’t update. Is there a way to do an actual clear all cache with the Super Cache plugin? It seems like it’s doing the opposite of it’s intended purpose.
