I would love some idiot proof help here.. Check out the “If all else fails” section of the Supercache docs. Thanks for not letting me down! * Anyone have any help full advice on how to actually fix this pathway problem rather than telling me to go read pages and pages of documentation? * I just tried to change Caching plugin from WP supercache to w3 total cache and when I went to enable w3 I get this.. * The path found in the database (/home/users/web/b1769/moo.southiecab/bostoncabtaxi// wp-content/uploads) is inconsistent with the current paths found on your server. This includes becoming at least somewhat familiar with how the underlying code works. You wouldn’t try to change the tyre on your care without knowing you should loosen the nuts on the wheel before raising the car up? (Or you’d call someone to do it, and pay them. Did you manually remove the files? Did you delete the .htaccess lines? * I don’t see anywhere when you’ve told us what you DID do (except for installing W3TC, and call me names, thanks for that, way to win friends and influence people). So let’s scrap the attitude we perceive from each other. * Hi, I’m helpful volunteer Ipstenu. What HAVE you done to attempt to uninstall WPSC? I would suggest removing all caching tools for a moment, until you have fully uninstalled, and THEN go back and install whichever tool you want.
