I logged in to admin a short while ago to do some work, saw a notice that super cache wasn’t activated and that I needed to go to plug-in admin to fix that – I did that, turned it on, and immediately got a white screen with this message, which is now all I get whenever I try to log in to any admin page – so, I am effectively unable to administer my site:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/17/3/122/111/3122437/user/3482966/htdocs/cbtistanbul/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/dashboards/class-admin-dashboards.php on line 187

Is there any way to break through this and get back in to my site?
