Super Admin logging in as regular admin?

I’m trying to get into Super Admin to authorize a theme I FTP’d in, but each time I log in as the Super Admin, it takes me to the regular admin screen. I checked the database on my server, but I am logging in as the first user. I also looked the documentation, but it just says that it’s incomplete. Any idea how to force a Super Admin login?
