Super admin gone

The super admin menu disappeared. I have looked at all the DB setting and disabled all the plugins. I had a database error which I repaired with PHPMyAdmin and was able to get blogs up and running. All user then we at super admin level which was not wanted. I found that two more tables had errors which I repaired. This then took super admin rights away from every user. Anybody have any Ideas?
