Super admin going into pending review!

Hi guys,

I have ultimate member set up and have had it running for a while. Just over the last couple of days it is moving admin users into ‘prending review’ and sending out the review emails to them. The issue is i have to then approve them and get the messge ‘Super administrators can not be modified’.

I then have to change their WP roles in order to approve them and then change them back, trouble is it then happens again. Admin user is also set to auto approve so shouldnt be pending review at all.

One of the admins that this has happened to finds it happens when she tries to add a new user however the other has not updated the site at all.

I have tried creating custom amdin roles in UM but it doesnt seem to make a difference.

Any suggestions?
