SumUp interface sometimes is not loaded at checkout

    I have two questions:

    1) is there ANY support for this plugin or it has just been created and abandoned?

    2) clients noticed that sometimes they can’t pay for their order because the interface where to write the card details does not get loaded. If they wait around 20sec or reload the page it finally appears. But not always. I tested this and in fact for me it happens, too. The server is not slow at all, and the website is light, no plugin bloated.

    I would email the Integration team, the email is on this forum in a few places. integration@sumup.com

    They don’t appear to cheek this forum much

    Neither this plugin nor the other SumUp payment plugin did work in my tests.
    Obviously not only the plugins are buggy, but also the SumUp API itself doesn’t work correctly.

    I gave it up and switched to a more reliable payment provider with experience in online payments.

    Thanks. But why does the wordpress plugin depository still say version 1.0.0 and last updated 6 months ago
