 * Hey,
 * First of all you rock! 🙂
 * I need your help, though. Usually in my webforms I pass a custom tid to getresponse.
   For example within my forms there is:
 * <input type=”hidden” name=”custom_tid” value=”[tid]” />
 * I’m using the custom form option in the advanced section of SumoMe. I put the
   same code of a form I have in the footer section.
 * That in the footer section picks up my tid (a variable in my wordpress that changes
   every time a user visit my site), SumoMe doesn’t 🙁
 * The field is passed to getresponse but the value is unset. That’s the opposite
   of how the form in the footer works, which properly picks up the cookie.
 * The 2 forms are on the same page so that SumoMe should pick up it as well.
 * How can I solve that?
 * Thanks.
 * Rico

 * Well, I thought you’d answer within days, not weeks.
 * Even a “Sorry, it can’t be done” kind of answer would be much appreciated.

 * Sorry that its taken a while to get to you.
 * We’re in the process of improving our support. if we ever do not get back to

 * Unfortunately we don’t offer support for the Advanced/Custom HTML forms. They
   were designed via request of developers who needed/wanted more freedom to do
   forms and to work with Email Service Providers we are not already integrated
   with. You would need to upgrade to paid support to have one of our developers
   check your site to see if its a bug or not.

 * Better late than never 😉
 * Thanks for the answer anyway. And congratulations for achieving your appsumo’s
   goal for 2014!
 * Best,
 * Rico
