Summary Page of Blogs and Blog Users

    I am creating a WordPress MS blog site. I am wanting to have a summary page like the one listed below. It would show a summary of blog postings by the users, have a user login, registration link if I activate. Is there a plugin to do this?

    Those familiar with Lifetype it was called a summary page. Is there anything like this in WordPress MS?
