    Hello,

On the included page, we have about 15 reviews, but the summary is saying we only have 3. And it’s calculating the results base on 3 results.

This is strange, because it worked fine before. I’ve made no changes and this just started happening.

    We have these shortcodes:

    [site_reviews_summary hide="bars" assigned_to="15648"]

    [site_reviews assigned_to="15648" count="3" pagination="ajax" schema="true"]

I disabled LiteSpeed Cache to test, and that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Any ideas on what might be causing this or what I can do to resolve the issue?

    Thank you for any suggestions.

This is a known issue. Please go to the “Site Reviews > Tools” page and click the “Recalculate Counts” button.

Also, please make sure you are not using the “category” option together with the “assign_to/assigned_to” options (just in case you are somewhere).

v3.6.0 when released should hopefully fix the summary counts logic.

One other thing. If you are caching your database queries, you will also need to make sure that the cache is being flushed every time a review is created. If it is not, then the summary counts will not update correctly. If this continues to be a problem, please follow the directions on the Site Reviews > Documentation > Contact Support” section to contact me directly to help you solve it.

The “Recalculate Counts” button worked. All fixed now. Thank you very much!
