Suitable for renting equipment? Poly? Hoshi?

    Hi, I’m in the process of selecting a plugin for a hardware rental site. The free version of your plugin definitely looks promising, but I still have some questions:

    Is it actually suited for a rental business? I couldn’t find an answer on your site, and it seems very much geared towards lodging, including the language like “Chek in” and “No book items”. Is it possible to change the wording?

    Some additional questions:

    • Is it compatible with Mikado’s Hoshi-theme?
    • It is compatible with Poly (language plugin)?

    Hello,

    The plugin can be used for rental and we have seen it used for renting boats and cars. Just keep in mind the plugin does not have a stock feature and it doesn’t dynamically updates when one of the items you rent is returned. You have to create availability for days/hours manually and you set the number available.

    You can change the words to anything you want. You will need to manually translate the parts of the plugin you want to have in another language.

    The plugin is compatible with Polylang and WPML.
    There is no official compatibility with Mikado’s Hoshi theme but Pinpoint Booking System respects WordPress coding standards and it should work with any other plugin and theme that respects them as well.
