Suggestions how to make this page

Hello,

I am an artist, furniture maker to be exact. My website is built using other tools, but I will use it as an example of what I am trying to figure out for some of my peers. I think that WordPress will be the perfect platform for their websites.

the issue is that we make work that requires anywhere from 2-4 images to tell the complete story. The best solution I have found on my own website it to offer the images as thumbnails that reveal the larger images. Here is a page from my website:

I have looked at many WordPress themes and i have even purchased a few premium themes, but none of them can solve the problem of the final product page like this.

If anyone has any suggestions of plugins or themes that can help me present our work I would be grateful
