Hi!
Thanks for your kind words! And for your translation – much appreciated!
1. Expiration dates are something we have on our todo list already – we were thinking about sending an email reminder to the client after a certain amount of time has passed.
What steps does your client take, when her clients don’t make selections in time?
2. Interesting idea. Noted! Although automatically deleting files is kind of tricky. People might forget they turned the setting on, and then get mad once the files are lost. We’ll definitely get some more feedback about an option like this.
For now your client can just bulk delete approved collections and then empty the trash once in a while. Not automated, but not that much work either. 🙂
Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Florian.
I saw this feature in another plugin ImageStore. We can select how many days the collection will be available. The page shows the expiration data below the title.
She informs in the contract if her client does not make selection in time, she will make selections.
You right about the second suggestion. But what happens with the collection in the trash?
After 30 days in the trash the plugin could empty it. I’m suggesting this because some users always have some difficulty.
About the translation I sent the suggestions but if you want I can send you po file.
Regards.
Hi!
Thanks for the additional input!
It totally makes sense to show the expiration date so the client knows how much time there is left.
As for deleting collections: Also a good idea, keeping the collection in the trash for a certain amount of time, before it gets deleted for good.
Thanks!
Florian
