suggestions

I have a brand new website. I did not made it myself. But I’ll try to do it better. I ask for suggestions how to improve it, make nicer, … anything
I’d like to use the widget to subscribe on newspaper. Does anyone have any idea which widget to use and which sidebar to put it.
I think I will from now on a lot on this forum because I need much assistance.
I would be grateful for any response.
