Suggestion to the code to support bundles

Hi,

Here is some little suggestion to your code to work with Product Bundles plugin.

For example there are 2 products with keys: Word and Excel. A bundle Office bundles both Word and Excel. The bundle has it’s own key. When customer buys a bundle then keys of the bundled products should not be send.

In code dlm_skip_licenses_generation_for_order_product allows to skip release a code for the product. But it sends only a product. Please add orderItem also. Because orderItem as required to know if the product was bought as part of a bundle.
