[suggestion] Plugin to drip posts "from now on"

Hello,
I browsed all plugin sites these days, but I found nothing to fit my need.

All WP membership/drip plugins claim to drip content on a delay based on the user joining date. This is perfect for online courses and such, but not for online publications.

I need a drip/membership that feeds ONLY future content after joining; and let members buy previous posts/issues separately. This statement from a competitor’s website is pretty clear about how it should work:

“This page lists the issues of XXX as they are published. New subscriptions will start from the next issue, Issue 16. However, if you subscribe, you will then be able to buy any of the issues below from your Account as back issues. If you are an active subscriber already, with any of these issues included in your subscription, simply log in to read them.”

This is a big company with a dedicated micro-site for its magazine.
I could script my own micro-site as well, but time is too short.

I need a WordPress feature/plugin to achieve the kind of drip I need.
Does anyone of you have an hint?
