Suggestion: more flexible user roles

Hi,
I customised your plugin to also allow the “Editor” role to moderate feature requests: you currently have it hard coded to only allow WP “Admin” role. It would be great if you could add this as in the admin menu so that I could simply tick on Admin and Editor to allow both these roles to be moderators.
