 * Thanks for making this plugin. It is very helpful. Maybe I am missing something
   but…. I was wondering if you are working on using INCLUDE as an option. On many
   pages, I just want to include what category and right now, to use your plugin,
   I need to exclude every other category.

 * Hi, I’m doing it but I don’t have much time to release it. You can edit source
   code to change the parameters sent to the get_categories function to make it 
   include instead of exclude

 * Thanks for helping but I changed every instance of exclude to include. There 
   were 18 of them. It now displays all categories now matter what id I want included.
   Can you be more specific please about where exactly I need to change the exclude
   to include in the php?

   help others too.

 * This will exclude only in plugin’s list, no in the navigation itself
