Suggestion: Hide site-level Settings Pages when ssl controlled network level

We’re using this plugin to make the entire network be served over SSL. Ideally, our site admins wouldn’t have control over any of the options. I’ll write my own plugin to remove access to the SSL Settings page, but I think it should probably be the default behavior when the network admin is controlling it for the entire network.

Just something to consider 🙂
