Support » Plugin: Content Progress » Suggestion: filtering/sorting

  • Joe,

This plugin fills one need of ours quite nicely (marking pages that are known to be outdated / in need of revision), but we have a LOT of pages, so it’s difficult to find the ones that have been flagged.

What are the chances of adding a filtering box to the pages view that lets you filter the page view by flag status? Failing that, even being able to click on the flag column to sort would help by bringing any flagged pages to the top of the view.

If either of those things isn’t feasible, the other suggestion would be simply add a “Content Progress” section to the Admin panel and create a “Flagged Items” list that just enumerates every currently flagged page/post/whatever and lets you click on said flagged item to edit it.

Thanks for your hard work on this plugin!

You can use the shortcode [list type='any_post_type' status='any_status'] to display a list of posts with any given status. Adding filters is something that I’ve considered, but haven’t had time for.
