Suggestion: file whitelist for 404 detection

    hi,

    it would be nice to have a whitelist for file access as well, because many (iphone/ipad) clients try to access files like

    /apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png
    /apple-touch-icon.png
    /apple-touch-icon-114×114-precomposed.png
    /apple-touch-icon-114×114.png

    which we don’t want to get locked out by mistake
