Suggestion after questionnaire plugin

    Hello Guys,

    Is there any plugin (or a combination of plugins) that will allow me to achieve following:

    A questionnaire of 5 questions and depending upon what answer combination the user selects, I want to display a corresponding product (image + text + link) at the end.
