SUGGESTION: Adding a phone number scrambler

Hello, great plugin, so far liking all the features. One suggestion that would come in handy in tackling spam or stopping spiders from harvesting phone numbers. Any way to make the last few digits of a phone number scrambled unless someone clicks on it manually to be able to see the whole number like what they do for gumtree.com.au. thanks and keep up the great work you guys are doing.
