You can do that now with the current options.
Set the ‘Start Scheduling Delay’ so that the first auto post check is Wednesday at 8:00am and set the ‘Auto Post Schedule’ to 7 days.

I’ll look into adding something to make it easier.

Thanks for the reply, yeah, I did work that out, but it is a bit inaccurate, and I found myself trying to work the hours to go, and for the clock to hit the top of the hour LOL.

Easy if we could just state y’ know. Wed. 8.00am

And preferably, even more times, like Wed. 8.00am and Mon. 8.00am, which I think can’t be set at present.

Anyway just ideas. Much merit for your work on this.

Hmm well in that case you could use the option ‘Limit to certain Days(s) and Hour(s)’ (added in v1.3)

For your example, ‘Mon,Wed’ and 0800-0810

Just make sure Auto Post Schedule is less than the time range difference. In this case 10 min or less. We need a time range because the WP cron check is only triggered when the site is visited, which might not happen exactly at 8:00am.

Great. Thanks for that. Much appreciate the quick reply also. Will check for updates as they come too.

WordPress uses a schedule system that uses ‘number of seconds from now’, so telling it to trigger at Wed at 8am can be a bit tricky. v1.4 should let you specify time ranges allowed for each day which should help.
