    The plugin emails the following:

    We have updated one or more plugins on your WordPress site at

    Problem is, a user may not know who “We” is.

    ALso, maybe the message came from WP core?

    Also I currently have another update plugin that I am trying, so I do not know from which plugin this message came from.

    My suggestion would be to start the message with:

    Easy Updates Manager has updated one or more plugins on your WordPress site at

    That sounds like an email directly from WordPress.

    EUM does not currently send out any emails, while only hooking into WordPress’ default emails that are sent.

    I’ll see if there’s a way to make those emails more clear when they are sent out.

    Ok, sorry if it came from core.

    Unfortunately I am having trouble determining who “we” is.

    I assumed it was your plugin because it is the only update plugin I have installed.

    I just tried to google a bit about the contents of the standard WP update message but were unable to find anything…

    Hi @wpfan1000,

    As @ronalfy said, EUM does not send email directly. But I don’t find We have updated one or more plugins on your WordPress site at text in core and I believe you’ll get The WordPress Team at the bottom of the email.

    Could you please share the whole email? So that we can be sure where to make changes? Thanks!

    Hi, if you are not sending emails from the plugin itself, but just enabling/disabling the sending of WP core update notification emails, then that is good enough for me.
