 * Great plugin! I am very happy with it.
 * A suggestion: I always need to go into your js file to move the spinning wheel
   away from my “enter” icon because it always ends up right on top of it. It would
   be awesome if you could add an input in the settings to move the spinning wheel
   to the left or right. I also change the way the spinner “looks”. Being able to
   modify this from the settings would be useful as well.
