Suggest posts based on visitor activity?

    Is there a plugin that monitors the visitor activity on the website and place posts based on interests in widgets as suggested? Eg. someone on the site looking only Android news and widget show only Android posts as suggested posts. Something like google adsense placed advertisements to users based on their browsing history.
