Suggest change to Forum segmentation
I suggest that you separate the “How To’s and Troubleshooting” into two distinct forums – one for “How To” and one for “Troubleshooting” – I often see questions about actual problems that require troubleshooting getting buried quickly with lots of questions about “how do I change the width of my sidebar” types of questions.
I know that there are some really great moderators who do seek out questions for which no one has posted an answer, but I also see questions that do get a reply that may or may not be at all helpful (in some cases is just someone else chiming in with “I have the same problem”…) and once a question has been pushed a few pages deep it’s unlikely to ever get a reply……
I think separating these two categories may help questions of both natures get answered.
