    Hello,

I downloaded the sugar and spice theme based off the picture it shows with the flowers, but I can’t get my layout to show like the one in the picture with the flowers. I want to have my Facebook icons, menus etc on the right side, how do I accomplish that?

    Hello!

The right side is a sidebar. You can configure it any way you like with widgets. Just go to Appearance > Widegts and add some widgets to the Sidebar area. Sugar & Spice comes with 4 custom widgets, which you’ll also find there. And the flowers are just a picture in post content 🙂

ps. Instructions can also be found in readme.txt.

    Hi Alex,

Thank you so much for responding. I tried to enter widgets on the sidebar, but all it does it brings it to the bottom of the page and I am putting it in the sidebar not the pre footer. Not understanding why it does that.

Sorry new at this, but where do i find the read me.txt file for this theme?

Well, it appears the reason I see it on the bottom of the page whatever I put on the sidebar is because I am using safari. Is there a way to correct this?

I opened the page using Opera and it works just fine.

OMG nevermind, I got it to work, thank you 🙂

    Hello!

Just to be sure I just fired up Safari with theme demo page, and I can’t confirm your issue – the sidebar is next to the content on the right. Could you post a link to your website so that I can take a look?

Quick question, how to i remove the comments box on my pages.

I think I turned the comments off, but I still get the comments box.

Also, is there a way to add a contact form?

On the pages with comments off comments form does not display – you can see that in the demo. For contact form I suggest using some contact form plugin.

Hi. I’m trying to use Sugar & Spice for an online porfolio but I cannot get any content into the right nav bar. . . maybe using the “Recent Comment widget” three times was a bad idea. I has thought I could post different “comments” under each heading to populate the relevant areas but that’s turning out to not be doable. Can you please tell me how to create a sidebar where I can put text, thumbnails and links to work I’ve done? Have a look please and it will make sense: http://emilynedelltuck.com/

    Thank you! Emily (WordPress newbie)
