"Sufficient Permission" error for settings page

Hi,

I installed the plugin but when I try to access the /wp-admin/network/settings.php page I get the “not sufficient permission” error. Some of the discussions I found regarding this issue don’t give a straight answer. …one mentions problem with Askimet. Is there a definite answer to this issue and how it can be resolved?
