I’m having the same problem on two of my sites.
One site is on PHP ver. 5.6.16
The other on PHP ver. 5.4.43
Please help.
I’m having identical errors when a valid address is submitted via version 4.0.3 the plugin. I’m also getting 403 errors instead of results when trying to view the members of a list.
The root cause seems to be an exceeded API quota, as indicated by this error in the Constant Contact API response:
“The Mashery account associated with this request is over its rate limit quota.”
Is this plugin exceeding a Constant Contact API quota? Do we as plugin users have any options?
Thanks,
Joel Risberg
I upgraded the site that was on PHP 5.4.43 to 5.5.37 and now I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Ctct\Exceptions\CtctException::get() in /home/amerixguard/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/classes/class.kwsconstantcontact.php on line 359
This is a slightly different error that I originally got which was the catchable Fatal Error as nikjvale got.
Just as strangely as the problem randomly appeared… it has now randomly disappeared…
I’m using WordPress 4.4.4, with PHP 5.5.35, and the plugin version is 4.0.3
Hi all,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience—the plugin hit a rate limit with Constant Contact services. I have been in touch with them this morning and they were able to increase the limits and get it fixed.
Did this happen again? I’m all of a sudden getting this error, but it was working about an hour ago without any issues.
When I try to refresh lists, I see.
“403: The Mashery account associated with this request is over its rate limit quota.”

Hi everyone, started getting this error today.
There was an error displaying this content: 403: The Mashery account associated with this request is over its rate limit quota.
I deleted all plugin settings in Constant Contact pluggin, and reset the connection but still the same thing. I can’t see campaigns, lists, or contacts.
I have PHP V. 5.6.29, WordPress 4.8, Plugin 4.1.1

I’ve contacted Constant Contact and asked them to fix again. Sorry for the problem.
Hi Zack, it started working about 2 hours afterwards. Thanks for your help.
