Suddenly no back-ups.

    I’ve used Up-draft for quite a while on a few sites, and recently it has stopped working. I followed the steps in the FAQs but nothing seems to work.

    The problem seems to coincide with WP 4.0, but I’m not sure that’s the cause. I have upgraded to the latest version of Updraft.

    The back-ups start, but they never complete. I’m sending them to Dropbox, there is plenty of space.

    Anyone else having the similar issues?

    Please can you post the log file again now? The previous post was a bit too early – UD still had tricks up its sleeve to try at that point. Please use pastebin.com or something similar – it’s too long for the forum (the forum mods don’t like it).

    Hi,

    It looks like a resource problem on the webserver – but whether lack of CPU time or memory allocated is hard to tell.

    Try adding this to your wp-config.php:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

    Then try a fresh backup, and post the log file if it doesn’t work again.

    Where did you add that line? According to the log, your memory limit is still 128Mb:

    Hi,

    That’s too late – by putting it after the require_once line, it only runs after WordPress has run. Put it early.
