    Hello there,

I am using your plugin and I created a block and when I saved it it shows me an error. Now I cannot see any of my templates. In the frontent I still see everything I have created but I cannot find all my work in backend.

The message it shows me is this one:” There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

  • Hello @crystella17

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Elementor – Header, Footer, and Blocks plugin is working fine at our end.

Kindly try refreshing the permalink structure.

Here is the link to follow: https://wpastra.com/docs/how-to-refresh-wordpress-permalinks/

    I hope this helps 🙂

Please let us know in case of any further help.

    Hi there,
I think I have the same issue and I followed the instructions of permalink structure but still didn’t work, in the screenshot, you’ll find what I get in the backend.

Do either of you have Yoast installed and activated? I am having this same problem but when I deactivate Yoast the issue goes away, so there is a conflict between this and Yoast.

I require Yoast so I have to do without this plugin until the issue is resolved.

Yes I have Yoast too. ok I will deactivate it . But I need Yoast in general. @allennichelabs Did you create a ticket at yoast so they will fix it? If yes please let me know so I could message them that i have the same problem.

    Thank you.

Yes, I’ve notified Yoast and they were able to replicate the error. Here is their response along with a link to the thread.

Upon doing some further tests, we had a test site with WP 5.7.2 and the default WP theme of TwentyTwenty. We then made sure that only Yoast SEO v16.5, Elementor v3.2.5, and Elementor Header & Footer Builder v1.6.1 were the only plugins enabled. Once we created a test template, we were then able to reproduce the fatal errors reported.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!

We apologize for the trouble you are currently experiencing with our plugin. Luckily, a so-called "bug report" (a description of the issue, so we can fix it) is filed already.

    What's next?
Our product team will assess the severity of this problem in relation to other open bug reports and new features. Based on their assessment, the bug report will be given a priority level. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. Unfortunately, this means we cannot give you an estimate of when they'll start working on your report.

If you have any further information that may affect the prioritization or help our development team solve this bug, please feel invited to reply to this forum topic.

We also recommend reaching out to the developers of the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin and report this issue with them as well. Having both teams working on this issue will help in order to get this resolved faster. Thanks!
