I had the plugin installed with no issue and configured how I wanted it, but I just checked my site after a while and the floating widget is gone. I think it has to do with the update a week ago but I’m not sure.

Changing settings did not fix it 🙁

mine had this too, but I updated wordpress and the plugin yesterday and everything went back to normal

Thanks for answer, what version of WordPress do you have? i have 5.3. And how do you updated the plugin? uninstall and install? What version do you have for the plugin i have Versión 1.1

I upgraded to wordpress 5.3 and the plugin is the latest version too.
