# Suddenly getting “parse error”

 * Just started getting these types of parse errors:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/
   kaylowe4/public_html/wp-content/themes/plaintxtBlog/themetoolkit.php on line 
   149
 * I haven’t edited anything lately. I have several blogs, and am getting these 
   parse errors on 3 of them. On 2, I am using “plaintxtblog”, and “txtblog” on 
   the other.
 * I cannot even login to my admin panel to switch themes until I can figure out
   what’s wrong.
 * Any ideas? My knowledge of coding is very basic. I’d appreciate any help.

 * You could ‘try’ renaming `wp-content/themes/plaintxtBlog/themetoolkit.php` and`
   wp-content/themes/plaintxtBlog/functions.php` via FTP? Example: `wp-content/themes/
   plaintxtBlog/xthemetoolkit.php`.
 * If that doesn’t work, you can FTP in and rename/delete `wp-content/themes/plaintxtBlog/`
   and you should be able to get in then…
