sudden wordpress errors

hey, my site vancitysounds.com has been acting funny the last couple days. Its been running extremely slow and facebook has suddenly stopped loading the description and thumbnails on links from my site. I haven’t installed any new plug-ins or messsed around with any code. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
