    I have a customer who routinely bulk edits many products at once, because there are groups of products that share many of the same characteristics.

    Now this week, he suddenly can’t bulk edit.
    -Multiple product check-marks are checked.
    -The Bulk menu is pulled down and edit is selected.
    -The Apply button is pressed.

    Then it seems that the page sort of does a reload and we are back to square one.

    Any ideas?

  • Have WP, WC or the theme been updated recently? Are they all up-to-date? Can you tell what the versions were when it was last working?
