  • Seems like this is exclusive to your site, as the testimony is pretty strong that the plug-in seems to work great for everyone else. Have you tried contacting support? Everything on your site up to date? Is it built to WP standards or is there a ton of non-standard customization? Often it is merely a plug-in conflict, and quite often something as simple as making sure the plug ins are up to date will alleviate the problem.

    Sorry to hear you had such a poor experience with our plugin. As @jjanthony pointed out, if you’d posted on our forums, we’d probably have been able to help you out. With over 1 million active users and an additional ~8,000 downloads per day, we do accept that there will be occasional issues. Everything from server configuration problems, plugin conflicts, and even network errors when updating the plugin.

    In basically all the cases, we’re able to help our users fix the issue. Sorry that you didn’t give us the opportunity to do the same for you. Best of luck with your website.
