Successfully sent but never received

    I have set-up contact form 7 on my website and everything looks great. I fill up a test email, it said “sent” successfully but I never received it. I checked clutter, spam and all… nothing. What am I missing here?

    You can install the ‘Email log’ plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

    Then check whether WP installation actually sent the email. If yes, this problem can be a result of some strong spam filters (sometimes happen to me on my work Gmail).

    If not, maybe you installed some plugin changing the default PHP email settings (e.g. Postman plugin) and did not configure it correctly?

    Thanks! Turns out it was an Outlook problem. I installed the Postman plugin to change the mails from PHP to SMTP, and now works like a charm!
