    An order was successfully captured by WooCommerce but was stuck at ‘Pending payment’ status.

    We had to manually tag an order as ‘Processing’ because the customer shared proof of successful credit card payment (WooCommerce success page screenshot). We validated the payment by checking the PayMongo dashboard.

    Not sure if there’s just a delay but it was already over 10 minutes when we had to manually tag the order from ‘Pending payment’ to ‘Processing’.

    I’m on the latest version 1.5.2 of the plugin.

    Hope to resolve these and avoid overlooking paid orders.

    Hi @allancaeg, did you follow the 1.5.x update instructions in the link below
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-paymongo-payment-gateway

    You need to update your webhooks to properly update the order statuses.

    Just to confirm, I simply need to

    1. Retrieve updated hook ID
    2. Update my Secret key’s associated hook ID with the newly generated one

    No need to touch anything on the WordPress site.

    Did I get it right?

    P.S. strangely, the order status issue only occurred for credit card payments not for ones made with Gcash.

    Hi @allancaeg, no need to touch anything on the WordPress site. Just need retrieve the hook ID in the Retrieve tab of the webhook tool, then update it on the Update tab.

    Re: Credit/debit card payments that are affected. That is because the update had a major change in how credit/debit cards are being processed. This is to cater processing delays for credit/debit cards.
