Success messasge at bottom of page

I’m wondering, is there a way to make the “Event successfully submitted” message box pop up at the TOP of the page, rather than the bottom?

My form page (http://worldoceansday.org/?p=89) has a list of instructions at the top. It’s necessary due to the finicky nature of the form. But that means that the message pops up under all that, and sometimes event submitters miss it.

Easy way to shift it?
