Magic Action Box is working fine. Subscribers DO receive their confirmation e-mail, but the success page/message is not showing up. This is a bit confusing for subscribers:

Hi, have you tried using just wysija without Magic Action Box?
Also, there are javascript errors being thrown due to the old jquery version being loaded – v1.4. Although, I did test using the old jquery version, it still threw javascript errors but the success message did show up on my tests.
I would suggest loading a newer version of jquery. You can ask around in the forums how to do this.

Yep, just tried it without the magic box and just used a shortcode, but still the same.
It is working correctly (as in: I receive the e-mail address from the subscriber), but it’s just the confirmation page which is not showing up.
Just installed a Jquery updater plugin, but still no luck.
Any suggestions?
You could try deactivating all your plugins except Wysija (deactivate MAB too) then test the Wysija form while activating one plugin at a time. or, if you know how to use FireBug in Firefox or the Developer Tools in Chrome, you can check for the javascript error. By the way, just a thought – what is your WordPress version?

I recently installed MAB with Wysija on wordpress 3.6.1. I have the latest version of jquery. Everything is working except for the success message. I get the same result in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Figuring out javascript errors is a bit above my knowledge level,so I can’t chase that one down myself. Would you be able to take a look at my site and see what is going wrong?

Hi @khanlonlaw, could you try using Wysija without MAB?
The error is being triggered by the jquery.ValidationEngine.js file (from wysija) but I doubt it’s wysija plugin’s fault because:
1. jquery-updater plugin is loading jquery v2.0.3
2. the theme is also loading jquery v1.3.2
I’m not a javascript expert or anything but I think your theme is loading the jquery script incorrectly.
