 * I need the quote subtotal to appear at the top of my site as if the product was
   added to your cart in a normal purchase, how can I do this?
    The setting to display
   the subtotal is correct when adding to cart but using this quote format does 
   not appear.

 * Hi, I’m sorry the plugin doesn’t support this feature.
    In the premium version
   will be addend in the next update a widget like a mini cart to show the number
   of elements and the subtotal of the quote list.
