    Hi,

    I’ve created a BOGO (Buy X, Get X/Y) coupon. When customers add the product “Rocker 300 Oil Free Vacuum Pump / Filtration System – TI167300-22”, they should receive a 10% discount on “Favorit 47mm Microfiltration Assembly with Fritted Glass Support and Ground Joint – P811613.”
    (10% discount on P811613 with the purchase of TI167300-22)

    However, I noticed an issue with the subtotal calculation. When logged in as either a Dealer 25 user or a regular user, the subtotal does not update correctly after the discount is applied.

    While the discounted price is correctly shown in the cart, the subtotal still reflects the original (non-discounted) amount, and the coupon does not display the discount amount deducted.

    For example, the correct subtotal should be:
    RM930 + RM606.60 (after discount) = RM1,536.60
    But the system continues to calculate the subtotal using the original product prices.

    Could you please assist in checking and resolving this issue?

    From your description, it appears that the discount is being applied correctly to the individual product prices, but the subtotal displayed in the cart does not reflect the discounted total. This could potentially be related to a theme or mini-cart override issue, especially if the cart template is being customized.

    To help isolate the cause, could you please try the following:

    1. Switch to a default theme (such as Storefront) and check if the issue persists.
    2. If you’re using any custom cart widgets or mini-cart display via your theme or page builder, try temporarily disabling them or checking the main cart page directly.

    To check further, we’d appreciate it if you could share your System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support) with us, via this link.

    Could you please confirm if switching to a default theme (such as Storefront) for testing will affect or alter my website’s original design? I’m currently using the Urna theme.

    Switching to a default theme like Storefront will temporarily change the design and layout of your site. Since this is just a debugging step to check if the issue is related to your current theme (Urna), we strongly recommend doing this test on a staging site instead of your live website.

    If you already have a staging environment set up, please run the test there and let us know if the issue still occurs when using Storefront and only WooCommerce and our plugin active.

    If you don’t have a staging site, that’s completely fine—just share the rest of the details with us via this link.
