Subtitle beside video (pop-up fullscreen, without integrated subtitles on video)

Hey, so I wonder if anyone knows about a plugin that allows me to add subtitles beside the actual video, it would be great if it supported multiple languages and something that makes it easy to follow along the subtitles, like some color highlightings to display where the video is.
