subtitle appended to html title tag

    Here’s an odd one.

    On pages whose first post is subtitled, the subtitle is appended to the end of the page’s <title> tag.
    Currently my site‘s first two pages demonstrate this. Page three contains no posts with subtitles, page 4 has a subtitled post at the bottom.
    It’s happening both with my 2014 child them, as well as 2014 itself.

    I might have to break into this plugin myself, can anyone advice me on what to look for? wp_title filters maybe?
