    Hi Camila,

    It’s hard to debug this without knowing your setup. What version of WordPress are you using? What theme are you using? What other plugins do you have active? What’s your site URL? If you can share a bit more with me about this I may be able to help out.

    I’m using WordPress 4.3 and the Hueman theme. I really don’t think it’s a theme problem, since it was working fine before. I also tried to deactivate all my plugins, but it didn’t solved the problem either, so, I also don’t think it’s a problem with any plugin.
